A rose garden and the Pareto principle.

On my home planet, Ninjutsu we are fond of a flower similar to roses. Here on Earth you have roses and roses are grown ordinarily in a rose garden. Now, to have a truly great rose garden you must eliminate the elements that are not working. The pareto principle states that 80% of your blessing comes from 20% of your toil and that 80% of your problems often comes from 20% of your yield.

The same is true of life. On Earth you have 80% of your problems coming from 20% of individuals whether they be cyclists, telemarketers or ugly people.

In order for Earth to become a beautiful rose garden? We must do some pruning.
